Founding cohort for NQ / MNQ traders

Review the decision, not just the result.

BullBear Debrief uses Scout, an AI decision-review coach, to analyze why you entered, passed, hesitated, or exited. During the founding cohort, every Scout debrief is human-supervised while the methodology is refined around evidence—not hindsight.

No signals. No market predictions. No guaranteed outcomes. Just an objective review of your documented process.

Decision classification

Good trade, bad outcome

Next-session rule

Do not move risk after valid confirmation.

The problem

Your P&L cannot tell you whether the decision was good.

01

A disciplined trade can lose.

02

A reckless trade can win.

03

Unnecessary hesitation can cause missed valid setups.

04

Missing a good trade can lead to forcing a weaker one later.

05

Most journals record results, but not the reasoning behind them.

An AI-assisted, human-supervised process

Turn every trading decision into evidence.

The founding cohort is being used to refine Scout’s review methodology before a fully self-service product is developed. Scout performs the initial analysis, while human supervision protects the quality and consistency of the founding reviews.

  1. 01

    Build your strategy profile

Document your setups, required confirmation, trusted filters, risk rules, and true disqualifying conditions so Scout reviews decisions against your actual strategy.

  2. 02

    Submit the decision

Upload a taken, missed, passed, stopped-out, or prematurely exited NQ/MNQ trade. Include the chart and a written or recorded explanation of what you saw and why you acted.

  3. 03

    Scout generates your debrief

Scout evaluates context, location, confirmation, execution, and discipline, then assigns a decision classification and identifies valid and invalid reasoning.

  4. 04

    Human-supervised delivery

During the founding phase, Scout’s analysis is checked before delivery. You receive the structured debrief within one business day, including one specific next-session lesson or rule.

The framework

Five questions expose the real decision.

01

Context

Did the decision agree with the prevailing auction?

02

Location

Was the entry considered at a meaningful price location?

03

Confirmation

Did the strategy’s required confirmation appear?

04

Execution

Were entry, risk, management, and exit handled correctly?

05

Discipline

Did the trader follow the plan without fear, FOMO, or improvisation?

Decision language

Every decision gets named.

Naming the decision prevents rewriting rules purely based on money made or lost.

Good trade, good outcome
Good trade, bad outcome
Bad trade, good outcome
Bad trade, bad outcome
Valid pass
Fear-based pass
Forced trade
Premature exit

Founding access

Apply with your actual process in mind.

This is an application for a limited, AI-assisted and human-supervised founding cohort. Scout is still in its development phase, and founding members will directly influence how the review system evolves.

Are you willing to provide brief feedback on the usefulness and accuracy of your Scout debriefs?

A better review standard

Stop asking only whether the trade won.

Ask whether the decision deserves to be repeated. Review your context, execution, and discipline while the reasoning is still fresh.
